CASH APP  no longer accepted starting January 1st, 2025. 

We will close our Cash App account on December 31, 2024 due to Cash App charging new transaction fees.

Only ZELLE will be accepted starting January 1st, 2025.

Bank ACH payments using your  QuickBooks payment link will have an added 1%  fee.

Credit card payments using your QuickBooks payment link will have an added 2.9% fee.

Once you request to pay by Bank ACH or Credit Card, the fees will automatically be added to your monthly invoices going forward and will not be able to switch on a monthly basis.

Cash payments NOT accepted. We require electronic transaction records for all rent payments.

Checks only approved for larger customers. Returned checks fee is $35 added to your corresponding months invoice.

* There is a 12.5% late fee added to rent that is 7+ days past due.

** Customers with delinquet rent which are required to pay with a credit card and will have an added 2.9% processing fee added to the corresponding months invoice in addition to the 12.5% late fee.

*** Insufficient funds fee is $35 added to the corresponding months invoice.
